Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

  • We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or offering a refund.

  • Proof of purchase and photos of the issue may be requested.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item sent).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need the same item replaced, contact us and we’ll arrange it.
